AppointmentsI see patients in the office by appointment only unless there is an emergency. I am generally in the office on Monday, Tuesday afternoon, Wednesday, and Thursday. I am in surgery on Tuesday mornings and all day on Fridays. When you come in as a new patient, be sure to bring your driver's license with you or some form of picture identification and copies of your insurance card(s). If the insurance plan is in your husband's or parent's name, make sure you know their social security number so that we can be sure to bill your insurance correctly. As a new patient, it will be necessary for you arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your appointment time to complete your paperwork and to allow time for my staff to prepare your medical chart. I usually see my paitents close to the appointed time; please be on time for your appointments. If you are more than 15 minutes late, it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment so as to not inconvience other patients who are on time. I do NOT overbook appointements as I respect my patinets' time. You will NOT sit for hours waiting to be seen. If you are unale to keep an appointment, please call to reschedule as soon as possible. Since I do not overbook, if you do not show up, then my staff and I are left without work. |
